Download Failure
We use cookies to track your download after payment. If you have these blocked then it may be difficult to make the redirection to the download page. You will need to contact the seller and provide proof of payment. This will either be the Paypal ® confirmation email or the card system confirmation email. Also state the name of product. Do not just email the seller with a statement like, "I didn't get my download" as this is not going to help. The seller will then provide you with a download page or email the file directly to you. Before contacting the seller also check your email as we send you a link to the download page. You may also want to try the auto back up system. Just enter the order number in to the forum below and the system will try and find your download.

Enter your order/item number:
Paypal ® First 32 digits of ITEM NUMBER
example = 0e1ff1d7ff75c491a4267a56df632f04

Card System ™ ORDER NUMBER = 19722129

How to buy a product

Both are safe and secure and both can use most major credit cards. This choice is really down to personal preference. After you have completed the payment you are directed to the download page. You can then save the product to your computer.
